Kinomap Challenge

This Challenge (the "Challenge") is open to entrants aged 18+ only. The Challenge opens at 0.01hrs on 04.07.2026 and closes at 23.59hrs on 09.08.2026. Entrants who complete the challenge (the "finishers") will each receive a £30/$40/€35 Le Col Discount Voucher. By participating in the Challenge, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the full terms and conditions.
The Challenge
The Kinomap Challenge, is for Kinomap members to complete 200 minutes of recorded cycling activity within the challenge period. All completers of the Challenge are given the opportunity to redeema a £30/$40/€35 reward on a £125/$170/€150 spend at lecol.cc by entering in their email address and opting in to accept Le Col's Data Policy and Terms and Conditions as well as opting in to receive marketing communications from Le Col.

The Competition
The competition offers 3 Kinomap completers the chance to win £300 worth of Le Col Kit. All challenge completers making it over the line with 200 minutes of Cycling activity within the time period will recieve a £30/$40/€35 voucher reward for use at LeCol.cc (£125/$170/€150 min spend applies). The winners will be chosen at random from the entire database of completers who complete the challenge.

Terms & Conditions
By entering the Challenge, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and all entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

How to Enter
Eligibility: The Challenge is open to Kinomap users aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Challenge and Competition.
Entry: Entry to the Challenge is available upon use of Kinomap. The Challenge starts and ends based on each user’s local time zone. Manual entries, or rides marked ‘Private’ will not count towards your challenge effort. All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Kinomap no later than three days after the challenge ends.

2. Entry Period: Opens at 00.01hrs on 04.07.2026, closes at 23.59hrs on 09.08.2026.
3. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Challenge. Entrants who do not give correct details will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for entries or claims which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Challenge.
5. Upon completion of the challenge, each finisher will be eligible for a £30/$40/€35 Le Col discount voucher which can be redeemed all orders with a pre-discount value of over £125/$170/€150 (£125/$170/€150 min spend applies). Challenge finishers will receive an email containing a link to a page on the Le Col website. Users will be required to enter their details to receive Le Col's email newsletter, as well as the discount vouchers and sweepstakes entry. After subscribing, a participant can unsubscribe at any time, and receive no further communication from Le Col, yet retain the validity of their reward. All entrants must be over 18 years old and must abide by the competition Terms & Conditions

Reward & Prize Information
1. Reward: Each Finisher will receive a £30/$40/€35 Le Col discount voucher code. The voucher requires a minimum order value of £125/$170/€150. If items purchased with the voucher are returned only the discounted price will be refunded. The unique discount code can only be used once per person. Only one discount voucher can be redeemed per single transaction. The offer excludes the purchase of gift cards and Archive Sale items. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice. The voucher is valid from 04.07.2026 until 30.09.2026.
2. The total reward amount is directly related to the value of GBP and is converted on live rates. Fluctuation and differences between different currencies is to be expected and as such we cannot be held liable for discount codes under-indexing amount advertised in $ & €.
3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
4. In order to claim the £30/$40/€35 Le Col Reward challenge completers must enter their email address into the reward form to receive Le Col's email Newsletter and accept Le Col's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any point thereafter and still receive/use their reward.

Our Right to Use Information About You
1. Any personal information provided by entrants will be collected, stored and processed by or on behalf of the Promoter strictly under the General Protection Data Regulation (2018).
2. An entrant’s personal details may be used for the marketing purposes of the Promoter only if an entrant has opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter or for any other purpose agreed by an entrant. If an entrant would like to stop receiving messages from the Promoter, he/she can use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Promoter.
3. Other than its agencies and third-party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Competition, the Promoter will not pass entrant’s details on to any third party unless otherwise required to do so by law.


Right to Modify or Suspend Promotions

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or discontinue any promotions, discounts, or special offers at our sole discretion without prior notice. This includes altering the duration, eligibility requirements, or benefits provided under any promotional event. Any changes or suspension of promotions will be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified. By participating in any of our promotions, you agree to these conditions, and we will always do our best to keep you informed of any important updates.
