Founded in 1874, Cambridge University Cycling Club is one of the oldest cycling clubs in the world. From its early days racing penny farthings to celebrating its 150th anniversary last year, the club has continually adapted while keeping cycling at its core.
Today, CUCC runs rides for all abilities, from relaxed social spins to competitive racing at BUCS, including the Team Time Trial at Castle Combe. For many members, the club offers a break from university routines, a chance to leave the city, ride in the surrounding countryside, and spend time with people from across the university.
