Endurance and power
Hello coach. I have two questions… 1. How do I improve my endurance in threshold heart rate? I ask because when I have been working in this zone for around 1 or 2 minutes, after that I find it difficult and need a recovery.
2. About power. How do I improve my watts per kilogram… Do I need more cycling training or fitness training? Best regards!!!
Once a week workout
I’m looking at increasing my endurance on the bike, could you recommend a workout for the turbo please?
I commute by bike 5 days a week and it’s very difficult to extend my ride times. My plan is to get a turbo work out on the weekend
