Testing the SS25 Sport Collection in Valencia

A new season of riding lies ahead. Feel your legs sharpening after a winter of base miles and the freedom of long days stretching out in front of you. JOYRIDE: Valencia

This season we headed to Valencia, Spain’s third-largest city to join five local riders on their weekend social rides. It was the perfect chance for a team of riders outside of our existing extensive wear testing group to test the all-new SS25 Sport Collection in real conditions.  Valencia is a city that hums with energy, with bustling streets that weave through ancient quarters where narrow lanes and dense facades are filled with intricate details best explored by bike. Wide, sunlit boulevards lined with palm trees offer a more relaxed pace, with opportunities to stop for coffee or cold beer while just beyond the city limits, smooth ribbons of tarmac lead into the hills where the traffic thins.

Out The Saddle, In The City.

The ride started at El Cabanyal, with a round of espressos and lattes at Tallat, a local coffee spot that’s become a pre-ride ritual for many cyclists. The riders showed us around the colourful streets of El Cabanyal, where vibrant facades catch the sunlight. From there, the group headed out to Serra, banking kilometres on rolling terrain with only the occasional car passing by. Back in the city, the riders stopped in the artist neighbourhood Ruzafa to try out a new roastery.
