Stepping up from our role from official kit supplier to co-title sponsor, it was clear that however clear and concise our 2018 kit had been, it was going to need an overhaul ahead of the new season.

Taking the central elements of last seasons design, we knew that our maillot would have swathes of red, blue and white, and a dash of gold, denoting the Olympic achievements of Sir Brad himself.

Racing under the name WIGGINS Le Col, our design needed to be timeless. Drawing inspiration from the traditional banding and block styles of classic riders, we took care to make sure that we didn't over complicate things - to keep it elegant and clean.

Switching around the blue and red portions of the maillot, we've stuck with a traditional block style across the front and rear. Replacing the white sleeves with the rich navy coloris, the new maillot is graphically impactful, standing out in big bunches.

Finished with gold trim at the neck and sleeves, the Team Wiggins Le Col Maillot offers glimpses of it's winning intentions from far off and early on.
