Our Form Finder Strava Challenge helped bring you closer to your fitness goals this February. Each participant completed at least 300 minutes of activity, with many of you going faster and further than ever before. Building up the hours early in the year helps you to reach peak fitness earlier in the season before focusing on specific elements of training. Over 660,000 participants took part to find their form more than ever before this season!
550,988 athletes finished the 300 minutes of activity required to build that early form to take you into the start of the year.
Over 660,000 riders strived to find their form in February by completing our challenge. Regularly racking up a small amount of training will keep your legs primed for the harder efforts to come.
8.6 million activities were completed. By doing short, sharp, tailored training you can hold onto your form through the winter months. Following one of our training plans is also an excellent way of keeping in shape.
As a whole, nearly 9.2 million hours of activity were completed. On average this is 12.7 hours of activity per athlete!
With almost 87 million miles being completed in our challenge you pushed yourself to find your form.
Most of you will soon be packing away your turbos in the northern hemisphere but you still completed 10% of the total miles inside. For time crunched sessions try joining LC__CC coach Chris Opie for one of his Zwift workouts.
