The ride started at El Cabanyal, with a round of espressos and lattes at Tallat, a local coffee spot that’s become a pre-ride ritual for many cyclists. The riders showed us around the colourful streets of El Cabanyal, where vibrant facades catch the sunlight. From there, the group headed out to Serra, banking kilometres on rolling terrain with only the occasional car passing by. Back in the city, the riders stopped in the artist neighbourhood Ruzafa to try out a new roastery.
