COLNAGO OWNERS DAY 2018 19/08/2018

_

Following the World first Colnago Owners Day in 2017, Le Col and Colnago announce this year's event, held at Chavenage House on the 19th of August, celebrating the most successful bike brand in the world.

Space at the Colnago Owners Day is extremely limited, with tickets selling out well in advance in 2017.

Alongside some of the most beautiful Colnagos ever produced, Sir Bradley Wiggins is joining the Sportive ride in the morning, with a Q&A hosted by Matt Barbet later on in the day. Included in the £150 ticket price is a 3 copy subscription of Cyclist Magazine, as well as a champagne lunch and the opportunity to ride Colnago's latest release, the C64.

"When I was a kid, Colnago was THE brand to have, Museeuw and Taffi were my idols and the race winning bikes they rode were the most special and amazing to me. This heritage and quality continues to this day.

"I am so pleased to be able to have worked on the world's first Colnago Owners Day last August and can't wait for the 2018 Colnago Owners Day, in honour of the world's best bike brand."

LE COL X COLNAGO 2018 LIMITED EDITION JERSEY

_

"Designing a limited edition jersey for the Colnago Owners Day 2018 started with the understated style of our 2017 limited edition jersey. This year we've updated the aesthetics and technical cut, incorporating the iconic Colnago club logo, fading gradually across.

DATE & GETTING TO COLNAGO OWNERS DAY

The 2018 Colnago Owners Day takes place on the 19th of August at Chavenage House.

Chavenage House

Tetbury, Gloucestershire

GL8 8XP

BY CAR

From London

Take the M4 for Reading or the West Country, continue heading west for 75 miles and exit at the second Swindon exit (number 16). Take the 2nd roundabout exit onto the A420, direction Wooten Basset. Go Right at the next roubndabout and continue straight on at the following roundabout, heading for Malmesbury on the B4042.

On the approach to Malmesbury, take the right exit from the roundabout and join the bypass, heading towards Tetbury. Continue into Tetbury onto the B4014. In Tetbury, follow signs to Avening and then pick up the brown ‘Historic houses’ sign to Chavenage.

From Bristol

Take the M 32 heading north out of Bristol. At the end of the M32, take the M4 east heading for London and after 10 miles exit at junction 18. Head north on the A46 heading for Cheltenham, passing through Petty France. Go straight on at the lights, shortly afterwards (under a mile) turn right for Chavenage at the sign. Continue down the lane for 3 miles and Chavenage is on your right

From Cheltenham

Take the A46 heading for Bath and continue through Stroud and Nailsworth, still on the A46. Climb up the hill out of Nailsworth and look out for Historic Houses signs for Chavenage to your left, after you have passed Tippits pub on your right.

BY TRAIN

The closest railway station to Chavenage is Kemble – served by the Great Western Railway. Trains to Kemble run from London, Swindon or Cheltenham. Chavenage is a 10 mile cycle from Kemble station – perfect for a warm up ride we’d say.

BY BIKE

If coming from the surrounding area by bike, there are a network of small roads which run adjacent to the more main roads used by cars. Follow signs to Tetbury or Avening, and pick up the brown ‘Historic houses’ for Chavenage from either of those two towns.
