BORA – hansgrohe will take a two-pronged approach at this year’s Tour. They will be targeting both the overall GC and specific mountain stages. Stage 5 is not to be missed. This stage features cobbles for the first time in 4 years and finishes in the town of Arenberg, famed for its 5-star sector in the Paris-Roubaix.
Stage 7 should provide the first major GC shake up with it finishing up the climb of La Super Planche des Belles Filles. This ascent will mark 10 years since Le Col Ambassador, Bradley Wiggins, took the yellow jersey on the very same climb. Following a 3-year absence we also see a return of the iconic Alpe d'Huez on Stage 12. Stage 17 and 18 will prove to be the final tests for the GC hopefuls with two shorter stages that still pack in 3320m and 4029m of elevation respectively.
Exclusively for the Tour, BORA – hansgrohe will be donning a new switch out kit. This special-edition design features a cooler colour for summer miles with the Band of Brothers message running throughout. Inspired by the power, strength and bond among teammates, this jersey is sure to help you pick out the team amongst the peloton.
