Le Col x Komoot Challenge
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - "MOVE FURTHER WITH LE COL"
I. General
1. “The Move Further With Le Col Challenge” is a challenge organised by HEAD Sport GmbH, , Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, Austria, trading as Le Col ("Le Col") in collaboration with komoot GmbH, Kienberger Allee 4, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany (“komoot”) that runs during the Term (as defined in Section II.1) (“Challenge”). The sweepstake at the end of the Challenge is organised by Le Col only.
2. This Challenge is public and Le Col will report publicly about it.
Unless provided otherwise herein this Challenge is free of charge and is only subject to the present Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) and to all applicable laws and regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, these T&C do not apply to the komoot badge or any use of the komoot app in connection with the Challenge or otherwise. By registering for the Challenge, you also accept the applicable komoot Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
By entering and participating in the Challenge you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these T&C and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. If you do not agree to these T&C, you may not participate in the Challenge.
II. Challenge description and selection of winners
1. The Challenge begins on 7 August 2026 at 7.00 a.m. CET and ends on 20 September 2026 at 8.00 p.m. CET (“Term”). Entries received outside the Term will not be considered for provision of a Reward or participation in the sweepstake.
2. In order to participate you need to reside in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland or United Kingdom. People from other countries cannot participate.
Subject to the above, everyone above the age of 18 (or older if required under applicable national laws you are subject to), who is not excluded from the Challenge according to clause II./3 of these T&C, may participate in the Challenge. If we find out that a minor under the age of 18 (or any other legal age) has registered for the Challenge we will promptly delete all data submitted to us.
3. The following people are excluded from participation in the Challenge:
Employees and their families, officers, directors and affiliates of Le Col and komoot.
4. The participation in the Challenge is only possible via the komoot app. Registration can be accomplished by completing these 3 steps:
a) If you do not already have a komoot account, create a free komoot account and join the “Move Further With Le Col Challenge”. If you already have a komoot account, simply join the “Move Further With Le Col Challenge”;
b) Tick “Join” in the komoot app;
c) Record a cycling activity of at least 200 minutes using the komoot app during the Term, with the activity synced to your komoot account.
5. Participants may only enter the Challenge once (from a single komoot account). Even if Participants enter more than once, they will only be given a single participation in this Challenge.
6. Every Participant who successfully completes the Challenge will receive:
• A digital badge, issued automatically by komoot and visible in the Participant’s komoot profile.
• A promotional discount code (“Promo Code”) for Le Col products, granting £50 off a £150 minimum spend on Le Col products purchased on https://lecol.cc/.
• automatically participate in the sweepstake with the chance to win one out of three vouchers worth of £300 to be used on https://lecol.cc/ until 31.12.2026.
Participants who complete the Challenge will receive an individual notification from komoot between 08.08.2026 and 23.09.2026 with instructions on how to redeem the Promo Code on https://lecol.cc/.
The Promo Code:
• Provides £30/€35 off products on https://lecol.cc/.
• Requires a minimum spend of £150/€180.
• Can only be used once, by you, and is non-transferable.
• Is valid from 08.08.2026 until 31.12.2026 only. It cannot be used after this date.
• Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Is non-refundable.
The following exclusions apply: The Promo Code cannot be used for bundled products to which a bundle discount applies.
Le Col’s standard Terms
of Sale also apply to any purchase made using the Promo Code.
You will not be able to redeem the Promo Code if you do not comply with these T&C or with any applicable Le Col policy.
If there are serious grounds beyond Le Col’s control (for example, widespread fraud), Le Col may withdraw or amend the Promo Code. This does not apply to codes that have already been used.
To the extent permitted by law, Le Col is not liable for any loss resulting from the loss, theft, or misuse of a Promo Code due to circumstances outside Le Col’s control.
The Voucher:
The 3 winners of the three £300/€350 vouchers will be randomly drawn by Le Col no later than 25.09.2026. In case of winning, Participants will be notified by Le Col via e-mail within 4 working days after the draw (“Selected Winner”). Selected Winners may reject any prize awarded to them. If a Selected Winner does not confirm the acceptance of the prize within 7 days after receiving the notification of winning mentioned in this clause II.6, the notification will be without effect and the prize will be withdrawn, unless the organizer is guilty of intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In this case Le Col reserves the right to determine alternative winners by conducting subsequent random drawings until the required number of winners are determined. The same applies if a Selected Winner rejects the prize.
7. If the contact details provided by the participant are incorrect (e.g., name or email address), the organizer is not obliged to find out the correct details. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participant. This only applies if the organizer has not acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
8. Once a Selected Winner has accepted the prize (“Winner”), Le Col will deliver the voucher to Winner by email. If applicable, Le Col bears the delivery cost of the prizes, however, all other potential costs related to winning a price, such as any taxes or duties shall be borne by Winner. For the sake of clarity, costs for delivery of the products bought with the voucher will be borne be the Winner.
9. No cash alternatives will be provided and the vouchers are not exchangeable, non‐transferable and non‐refundable. The vouchers can only be used on https://lecol.cc/ and will expire on 31.12.2026.
10. The Challenge will be run at Le Col ´s sole discretion. Le Col’s decision in relation to all matters in connection with the Challenge is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Physical activity: Participants acknowledge that taking part in the Challenge may involve physical risks, including the risk of accident or injury. By registering, each Participant confirms that they are in good health and have no medical condition that could limit or endanger their ability to participate. Le Col does not provide any insurance in connection with participation.
12. Liability: Le Col is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health of persons and to claims under the Product Liability Act. Furthermore, the limitation of liability does not apply to the breach of primary contractual obligations.
13. Technical failures: Le Col is not responsible for Challenge entries not recorded in the komoot app, or lost, damaged, or delayed, due to technical malfunction, app failure, or network issues of any kind.
14. Changes and cancellation: In exceptional and reasonably unforeseeable circumstances, Le Col may amend, cancel, or postpone the Challenge. If it does so, Le Col will notify Participants via komoot by email or in-app message.
15. Severability: If any provision of these Rules is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
III. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
1. These T&C are exclusively subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the referral provisions of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
2. Any legal issues that arise in connection with the performance of and participation in this Challenge will exclusively be dealt with by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of the Le Col headquarters in Wuhrkopfweg 1, 6921 Kennelbach, provided this does not contravene any compulsory legislation for consumers. Le Col may however also elect to apply to the courts of the residence of Participant.
