Zwift 1,000 mile challenge for Team dZi

This Friday we will be supporting Derek cycle 1000 miles non-stop!

Cycling 1,000 miles non-stop on an indoor trainer for dzi Foundation UK because I want to highlight the work they do in Nepal.

I am a regular fundraiser I'm always looking for the next challenge and a suitable charity to support. Well this time I've chosen a pretty tough one. On the weekend of 21st October 2016 I will be taking on the challenge of riding 72 hours non-stop on an indoor trainer to try and break the Zwift (indoor training community) distance record which currently stands at 1,600 km's. It will without doubt be one of the hardest challenges I've ever attempted.

I am also excited to be riding for the dZi Foundation charity and hope that you are keen to support my riding this year. It is a Himalayan focused charity who do great community work. As a huge incentive to support us, we have organised some amazing matching donations for your potential pledge.

Finally, the Himalayan communities themselves will match every euro/pound contributed with the equivalent value of their labor invested in their projects. The power of matching and multiplication is simply tremendous if you sponsor my riding. In total matching will multiply your donation by a minimum of 2x and potentially even more.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
